    Ten people were wounded when an explosion hit a passing police vehicle in the southeastern Turkish city of Diyarbakir on Thursday, a security source said.     (TRUNEWS) Capitol Hill is on lockdown, as well as the White House, due to gunshots being reported at the Capitol visitors center. The Dallas Morning News has reported the “shooter is down”.
