A Texas woman was arrested, strip-searched and jailed for an overdue traffic ticket Wednesday, a local CBS affiliate first reported.

Sarah Boaz said she was cuffed outside her Richland Hills home by an officer who was waiting for her when she stepped out to go to work, the New York Daily News reported.

The officer told her a warrant had been issued for her arrest after she failed to pay a summons for running a stop sign in August. Mrs. Boaz admitted that she didn’t pay the fine because she lost the summons.

“I’m like nobody puts out a bench warrant after 60 days,” she told the Daily News. “Why would you do that?”

Mrs. Boaz said she was forced to step into a jail cell and remove her clothes for a search. Her family bailed her out within a couple of hours.

Attorney Jason Smith said that the city often cracks down on scofflaws.

“The Constitution doesn’t keep the government or government officials from using common sense,” Mr. Smith told a local CBS affiliate. “Unfortunately, some police officers, some governments, get overly aggressive because they want that ticket revenue.”

Police are becoming very militant in many communities, botched raids are killing scores of people and seemingly everyday there is a new article about the militarization of the police of America. I notice that in many communities I travel through the police no longer have “To serve and to protect” on their vehicles. Little wonder with sad cases such as this going on.

    • maxxem

Well you can just blame the hypocrite Christians. and try to stop blaming everyone else … Because we know that God would have blessed this nation if it weren’t for us Hippies

You are not humorous……rather a sorry moron.

          The truth hurts don’t it

The truth is that we are under bondage even now.

          • maxxem

Yes we are under sedge with bull works from hell, literally.

        • maxxem

who’s tiring to be humorous.. besides you

…where the sun does not shine.

    • MetaTron

More like the motto should be “To Steal, To Kill, and To Destroy,”(John 10:10). I do believe force is necessary to deal with force. I may be a David going after Goliath, but live or die, it is what must be done. I have read all the way to the end of Revelation, and it is not over until He wins.

      • Ken Faivor

I will not try to reason with you as you seem so determined. But I will not join you, and when this civil war comes (and it will), you and yours will be beaten, badly. Because God will not go before you.

        • MetaTron

That I quote Scripture because I am a follower of Jesus Christ will be “beaten, badly?” I condemn the Beast and those who work for it such as the police officer and system, and that is why you will not join me? I have thus used reason, and in such then am “determined” and apparently on the side of the cop to you? So in this coming civil war, I can figure that If you had a chance, you would take me out?

          • Ken Faivor

No, of course not, I would not take you out.

          • MetaTron

“He is who is not with Me is against Me; he who does not gather with Me, scatters.” Matthew 12:30 NASB
Jesus ordered you, if you are His, to buy a sword in Luke 22:36, and that is PHYSICAL STEAL one. If you had a sword in Jesus’ day, you were as well armed as any of Caesar’s SWAT Teams. Jesus evidently wanted and wants His followers to fight and to not be fearful; read Revelation 21:8 KJV, and see who is listed first.
I am not mad at you if you are physically unable to fight back, but you ought to put up resistance both and then, and not condemn or judge those who do, whom you do not know.
I am sure that early martyrs mount some kind of physical resistance; just because it is not written does not mean it did not happen. No, no one doubts their martyrdom, because obviously they request revenge.

          • Ken Faivor

People who are blood thirsty always quote that, keep reading to the next verse

Luk 22:36 And he said unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet; and he that hath none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword.

Luk 22:37 For I say unto you, that this which is written must be fulfilled in me, And he was reckoned with transgressors: for that which concerneth me hath fulfilment.

You will be reckoned with the trangressors

          • MetaTron

There is a difference than the transgressors and the followers. And so again, you judge me as a transgressor, despite confessing to be a follower. Even Peter, and I am sure the other disciples, carried a sword.

          • Ken Faivor

Only once did Peter carry the sword, upon Our Lords instructions. He did this to drive home the point not to use it. Why else did He stop Peter from going further?

Mat 26:51 And behold, one of them that were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and smote the servant of the high priest, and struck off his ear.

Mat 26:52 Then saith Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into its place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

Mat 26:53 Or thinkest thou that I cannot beseech my Father, and he shall even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?

          • MetaTron

Whatever guy??!! Jesus commanded his followers to buy a sword. And yes, “fearful” are listed first. It is DOCUMENTED one time, but not the only time. Peter drew His sword, cut off Malchus’ ear. Obviously someone is going to die by the sword: “he who lives by the sword, dies by the sword.” Esau-Edom is one prophesied to live by the sword; he is the “conqueror” in the first and the subsequent rider in the other three Seals. Who does, depends upon whether or not one, who obeys Luke 22:36.

          • MetaTron

Living WITH the sword is a different thing all together than living BY it. I am hardly blood thirsty, but long for the payback and vengeance God will give, even if it is by my own hand. But I will most certainly defend myself, my family, and my property.

          • Ken Faivor

I have read your past posts. You are blood thirsty.

          • MetaTron

As are the martyrs of the fifth Seal. If you want to be a pacifist that is on you not me. David would have called you “pusillanimous” or the short 5 letter word which is short for that.

          • MetaTron

I hope you do not have a family, since you are a pacifist, which is something that Jesus was not. You call me “blood thirsty” for being a protector by nature, for desiring to protect Faith, family, and friends. If you want to judge me, that is ok, but realize that coming with the capacity to judge, is the capacity to be judged. I hate to think that what if this woman was your wife, and you would stand for the right of politicians and police to exercise unjust authority over her.

          • Ken Faivor

I would have not said anything except that you claimed to be a Christian.

1Co 5:12 For what have I to do with judging them that are without? Do not ye judge them that are within?

1Co 5:13 But them that are without God judgeth. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.

          • MetaTron

            And…
I would not have said much of anything back, excepted that you claimed to be as well.
I am certain we are NOT followers of the same ministry/Church.

          • MetaTron

            Read on in verse 37.

        • MetaTron

Do you support the police, right or wrong? Is it “my country right or wrong” to you?
Depending upon your answers, is just what “God” or “god” you follow.

          • Ken Faivor

When they go to far, I will say “no” but I will not physically fight. It may be that I will be killed, is that so bad? Most of there early saints were martyred, do you think they regret it now?

      • maxxem

When the time comes the NSA is coming for you first, Believe me. Some of the things they have seen your little ARROGANT @$$ write so freely. Your over!

        • MetaTron

II am over when I am over, as are you. Only you will not do so well, here or hereafter.

      • maxxem

        You will go into captivity!

        • MetaTron

          You first!!

      • maxxem

Here this is for people like you-

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness,

        • MetaTron

And what “truth” am I suppressing? I am not a politician in any sense of the word, nor am I State-controlled news media,

          • maxxem

Force is necessary to deal with force? You suppress the truth about the cross. And support the arm of the flesh.. Shame on you!

          • MetaTron

That’s right. Those looking for a fight with me will get one online or in the flesh. And when did I suppress the truth about the cross????!!!! You are the one on here coming across as an Obama supporter, so I shake the dust off my feet at you, such “dust” coming in the form of terminology which I delete after the email response is sent to you. You really are a POS, and need to repent.

    • MetaTron

So much for the 8th Amendment. You might not agree with me now, but one day will.

“In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and
Scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, for then it
costs NOTHING to be a Patriot.” Mark Twain

      • frankfan42

The type of Patriot you posit resembles more a mad dog than a thinking, man who knows his Bible.

        Ecclesiastes 3
To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; …

        • maxxem

          YES!

  • maxxem

I guess times are a changen

    • MetaTron

      And do it now!!

  • MetaTron

So much for the 8th Amendment. This and other actions by police merit use of deadly force by the people against the police. If you do not get them in uniform, find out where they live, hunt them down, and hang them in the trees in their front yards, just like they did to this woman. Such acts are in keeping with the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and Biblical Law. If people do not start standing up to the government, the police, etc., things are going to get a whole lot worse. You might think then the police will enact total Martial Law and tyrannical control as a result of people lynching these police officers and others. While that may be true, they are already doing it on the installment plan, while people are caught in the business of their lives, and in denial: BUSY means “Burdened Under Satan’s Yolk.” If you do not shoot first, or shoot back, you will find out what BUSY really means. If you die, you will do so no sooner nor later than when you are destined to do so. The same is true of your enemy. Heaven however, just would not be heavenly, if you did not send these POS police officers et al to Hell on your way.
Any agents and monitors want to take me up on the offer??? I sure hope so!!! I will be looking forward to seeing you in the crosshairs!!

    • frankfan42

MetaTron, surely you are aware that this Nation is no longer observing our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, or even the greatest instruction manual ever, “The Bible.” What they did to this woman was wrong on many levels. What you are advocating is even more wrong.

Yes, things are going to get much worse. If you long for bloodshed, violence and shooting, wait a little while. I think you may not have to chase these things, they will come to you.

Under Stalin when they came for people in the middle of the night few resisted or fought back. Before the persecution became a virtual blood bath there was a time, according to writings by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, when resistance and fighting back would have turned the tide, perhaps saving many thousands of lives.

In the beginning of the arrests, many officers had grave doubts about the arrest of their community members. Had a few resisted and some officers injured or worse, he posits that may have been enough to turn the tide then against the purges in the hearts of the military and ruling class.

I refer you to Ecclesiastes 3
To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; …

      • MetaTron

You have supported my argument by bringing up Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and “Gulag Archipelago. His writings even state that the people in the Gulags “burned” wishing they had mounted whatever resistance possible in order to evade their fate. No I am not wrong; and, yes I agree with Ecclesiastes 3, especially with a “time to kill,” because it is just a matter of who is pulling the trigger or whatever. “Those who live by the sword, will die by the sword.” Matthew 26:52 Evidently in this passage there are those who “live by the sword,” meaning unjustly rule and carry themselves. Then their are those who live with the sword, like a shepherd does his staff. Jesus commanded His followers to “buy a sword,” no matter what the costs to get one in Luke 22:36, even sell the clothes they wear. WWJD??!!! I believe He would know there is a “time to kill,” as there is in this situation, and in the situation in Alex Jones’ article about the police officer with an rifle in the face of an innocent passer by.
I do not know where you substantiate that what I am advocating is wrong. If a thug came dressed as a police officer, with flashing lights you can buy in a novelty store or police supply retailer, then you find out too late what his intentions are, how are you going to handle that? I have no problem whatsoever in using deadly force against a thug with his pants below his buttocks or wearing a badge and a uniform. So what are you going to do when all that happens Frank? I know people who abuse the quote of David “the battle is the Lord’s,” when He in fact said such while going out to physically fight Goliath. And for the weapons the enemy, that is the US Corporate Federal Government(The Beast) has arrayed against me, even you, I may as well have a slingshot, but Lord let my shots count whether 1 or 5.
How many stones did David go meet Goliath with? If you say “5″ you are wrong. The same word for the 5 stones, He picked up out of the brook, is the same word for male genitals: BALLS!!!
So David went out to fight Goliath with 5 stones in the pouch, because Goliath had 4 brothers, and 2 in His “bag” SCROTUM!!
For a total of 7 stones!!
I bet you did not know that one. :)
