White House to Congress: Help Israel, Bomb Syria

The administration of Barack Obama is convincing congressmen to support a strike against Syria by saying that it will help protect Israel, reports Politico.

“Israel’s enemies, including Iran and the terrorist group Hezbollah, could be emboldened if Congress fails to approve action against the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad, senior administration officials said Saturday,” it reported.

Secretary of State John Kerry also referred to Israel repeatedly as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning news shows — as well as comparing Assad to Adolf Hitler.

“I think the stakes of upholding the international standard of behavior that has been in place since 1925, after World War I, that only Adolf Hitler and Saddam Hussein have breached that in time of war since then, and now Assad joins them, I think to contemplate that the Congress of the United States would turn its back on Israel, on Jordan, on Turkey, on our allies in the region, turn its back on innocent Syrian people who have been slaughtered by this gas and those who yet may be subject to an attack, … I can’t contemplate that the Congress would turn its back on all of that responsibility and the fact that we would have in fact granted impunity to a ruthless dictator to continue to gas his people,” Kerry told “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace.

President Obama referred to Israel in his Rose Garden address, saying that leaving the use of chemical weapons by Assad “endangers our friends and our partners along Syria’s borders, including Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon and Iraq.” He repeated this message on Sunday, too.

The Obama backed rebels bombs the Syrian people, frames Assad and now we’re supposed to wage war on the rightful government of Syria? I’m confused as to why American tax payers and American lives should be sacrificed on account of a few wicked politicians and elites who are hungry for money and power?

    • despocracy

      ..and humanity.

  • Thomas

“And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.” Revelation 6:2
And the Edomite Zionists CONQUERED the United States. The corrupt US political establishment does what it’s Zionists and Sunni Saudi puppet-masters dictate. Then the hijacking of the church establishment in America cons the people to go along with it. Alexis DeToqueville must be rolling over in his grave!!
“America is great, because America is good; if America ceases to be good, she will cease to be great.”

    • John Little

So, does Ezekiel 36 and Zechariah 12 mean anything to you?

      • Thomas

Yes, those passages do mean a lot to me.

“”I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.” Zechariah 12:10 NASB

I notice the contrast between those of the House of David VS those whom are the inhabitants of Jerusalem. It is not the House of David who pierced Jesus Christ, but those who follow the teachings of the Pharisees. Do you understand the difference between Saul and Paul? In Ezekiel 36, “mountains” in Prophecy is the term for nations, as in those nations formed out of the dispersion of the 12 Tribes(not “lost 10″ as in British Israelism) in John 7:35 and James 1:1. Those nations are Europe and the US, and Canada. The Pilgrims knew themselves as evidenced by their writings that they were the descendants of the House of Israel. It is the “last days” for the wicked not the righteous in Jesus Christ.

That I say “Edomite:” Did you know Herod was an Edomite, or of Esau-Edom?

If you are a Christian, do you despise your birthright? Esau sold his birthright; therefore, he despised it. Despise means to: regard as negligible, worthless, or distasteful. Anytime we sell ourselves to Satan, we despise God – we do not consider God very important in our lives at that time. And anytime we sell our birthright, we despise it – we consider it negligible and worthless.

If you are a Christian, you have a birthright. What is your attitude toward your birthright? Do you cherish it and count it as the most precious possession you own? Will you guard it and protect it with your life? Or is there a price for which you will sell it? Does that mean anything to you?
“Jacob I love but Esau I HATE…” Malachi 1:3 & Romans 9:13 Does that mean anything to you?
Esau-Edom is the man of sin of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the self-same “rider” on all four “horses.”
        Zionism/Capitalism(of greed) First Seal
Communism/Socialism: Second Seal(Symbolized by the color red)
Commercialism/Judicialism: Third Seal(Black Friday and other terms economic, bankers, & man’s law judges wear Black-”seat of Moses” Matt. 23:2)
Fascism/Militarism: Fourth Seal(All militaries incorporate the color green in their color scheme- Military Industrial Complex.”
Does that mean anything to you?
Do you like a preacher that tells it like it is about yourself and the world, and so draw you closer to God; or do you like Joel Osteen? If you discipline your child, does that mean you hate them?
Does that mean anything to you?

      • Thomas

        Not all Jews are Zionists.

    • John Little

Thomas, it grieves me to see you twist scripture like you have. I pray that God turns you away from this course. The Lord cannot be pleased by this.

      • Thomas

Little John: Do you think God loves a parrot, or someone who both quote and contextualize Scripture? If anything, it would be apparent that He is not pleased with you for me to have to put you in your place. Not everyone follows Joel Osteen like you.

      • Thomas

Just because a parrot can speak, that does not make it intelligent. I quote and substantiate, and you only make a reference without anything more. Then you accuse me of twisting Scripture???!! LOL Ok… Mr. Osteen, just admit you have lost, are losing, and are doomed to lose.

      • Thomas

“He who sits in the heavens laughs,” Psalms 2:4
        AT YOU!!

    • John Little

I have always said that Osteen is an unsaved man and not a Christian. So, you add false accusation to your error. Again, the Lord cannot be pleased by this.

      • Thomas

I see that your judgment of me has resulted in my judgment of you, which is fine as there is not a period after “Judge not… .”. So you are no better than Osteen if you think also I am not a Christian. You evidently have followed some wishy-washy limp wristed types that have taught you nothing Scriptural. As I said before, if the Lord is not pleased with anyone, it would be you between the two of us.

      • Thomas

“ALWAYS??!!!” Just not on the article on this website about your “Brother Joel.” Now run over there and quickly post, so you can say I am wrong. LOL Maybe you and Oprah can share a P-U {stinks} together.

      • Thomas

Tell it like it is, and it is “bitterness,” huh??!!

” My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6

    • John Little

Thomas, I never said that you were not saved. Where did I say this? Please look at the venom of your words. You must let go of this bitterness. It is a terrible poison.

      • Thomas

I am not “bitter,” just knowledgeable, including knowing what is meant in Revelation 10. Shall I quote or can you just go read it?

      • Thomas

“Venom” LOL That does not stop your bitterness against me. Better go listen to your Brother Joel. so you have a positive attitude as the Titanic sinks!!

      • Thomas

Do these verses mean anything to you?

12 “For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. ” Hebrews 5:12-14 KJV

“2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.” 1 Corinthians 3:2 KJV

        You are either:

A.) A new Christian who is naïve and in desperately need of learning.

B.) An Apostate, who thinks that Baptism is not necessary citing perhaps the “thief on the cross” reference, even though there is no nails in your hands. Also who is wishy-washy on the application of other Scripture to life aka the “Joel Osteen type.”

C.)A TROLL!! Seeking only to actively or passively provocateur and to heckle.

What ever is the case, you need to REPENT

I find it ironic that the administration trots out Kerry, who protested the Vietnam war, to push for another unjust war that fully 90% of the American people do not back.

Since WHEN did Obo care about Israel????

  • Gracie Orr

A strike against Syria will help protect Israel?

Syria’s president Assad has sworn that if America strikes Syria, Syria will then strike Israel. Help protect Israel now by NOT striking Syria.

  • Gracie Orr

Isaiah chapter 17 talks about a war that will
come upon Israel. This war has not yet happened, as this war first
destroys Syria and its capital city of Damascus.

“The fortified towns of Israel will also be destroyed,
and the royal power of Damascus will end.”
    “In that day Israel’s glory will grow dim;
its robust body will waste away. It will be desolate.”

    Damascus is the oldest city in the world and has never disappeared;
because it still stands, Isaiah 17 has not been fulfilled … yet.

Isaiah 17 also talks about great death in Israel.
“Only a few of its people will be left, declares the LORD, the God of Israel.”
Only after great death and great destruction will Israel look to the LORD.

    thomas #WTF
scripture is irrelevant and outdated. It wil cease to have any gravity in the world, within a century or two.
Ya know how Peter Pan would be a boring story if there was no Captain hook?? That’s exactly the bible without the devil…
Why would someone who created EVRYTHING(says a 3500 yr old book, which also says kill your neighbour if he works on Sunday) and not just take out the devil with his unlimited power???
    Stop fear mongering and remember:
LoveGratitudeForgiveness and we’re all good as a Human race. A way of thinking, not blind faith in man made rules ‘from’ religions god(s).

Israel says that the world’s treatment of Syria is a proxy for the world’s attitude toward Israel. This may be true. But isn’t the protection of Christians in Syria and Egypt a proxy for the world’s view toward Christianity? If the world backs the Muslim rebels who are persecuting the Middle Eastern Christians and destroying Christian churches and Christian Heritage sites, does this not send a terrible message to the world. It is very sad that the new Christian Russia is the only nation that seems concerned. At least under Assad the Syrian Orthodox Church was not being destroyed. There must be a way to protect Israel and Christianity at the same time. Are these two causes really mutually exclusive? Surely the great world leaders can support both the Church and the root that supports the Church. The course of action in the Middle East is a proxy for the Judeo-Christian foundations for Western Civilization – as we know it.
