Billionaire Mark Cuban has said he is "considering" a presidential run in 2020, according to a new report.
In a podcast interview hosted by former South Carolina state Rep. Bakari Sellers (D-Denmark), the “Shark Tank” entrepreneur said:
"Yes. Considering, yes. Ready to commit to it, no.
I like to think of myself as approaching it differently. If I can come up with solutions that people can truly get behind and truly solve problems, then it makes perfect sense for me to run. If it comes down to do I think I can win because I can convince more people to vote for me, then no, I won't run."
The owner of the NBA Dallas Mavericks has never held public office. During the 2016 presidential campaign, however, he was highly critical of President Donald Trump.
